Bereaved Carers Survey - REMINDER!

The Leeds Bereaved Carers Survey, with support from Healthwatch is now live. Anyone who registers a death until end of April will be asked to take part. (Responses can still be submitted until the end of June.)

The feedback will help us to understand what is working well in Leeds and where we can improve services for patients, families and carers. We would appreciate your support to raise awareness of the survey, on social media and with anyone who may be eligible to give their views. More information can be found here.
